Positive: We only booked the place for one night, but upon checking in, we we're greeted warmly by the staff and by the owner himself. Sir Ralph made us feel welcome and even offered us some of his books that we're displayed at the lobby. Then when we entered the place, it was beyond beautiful, enough reason for us to decide to extend our stay. Our room for 5 people is very spacious and tidy. But what we love most is the ambiance of the garden and the pool, which is our favorite spot. They also serve food and drinks which is very convenient given that the place is quite far from General Luna. Casa Basa really made a great impression to all of us; we surely would want to come back again on our next visit.
Negative: If there's one thing that I would want to improve, it will only be our bidet in the "Casa Guapa" room since it's quite defective. But apart from that, everything else was 5/5.
Summary: How I wish I could've stayed longer.

Positive: The property was a bit further out of General Luna than I anticipated, but the hotel staff organised a motorbike hire at a reasonable rate. The hotel is well away from the main highway so no traffic noise and very peaceful. The big rain type shower head with a plentiful supply of hot water was incredible.
Negative: Maybe a small ref in the room for cold drinks and a kettle to make a hot morning tea. The wi-fi i was a bit patchy and more space could be provided for clothes storage. Dogs allowed in the dining area at breakfast time.
Summary: Ralph, Lyne and all the staff made us feel so welcome and looked after us as if we were family
